 1.O Brasil vive uma grave crise econômica, política, social e ambiental.    Vivemos crises históricas semelhantes  na década de  30, 60 e 80.    Todas elas  exigiram grandes debates na sociedade, enorme participação política e disputas na luta de classe.   Seu desenlace  sempre foi demorado e só foi  possível  em torno de um novo projeto, que conseguisse aglutinar base social  para o sustentar.  Ou então as classes dominantes apelavam  para a manu militar.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

E nesse momento, o que está acontecendo?    A classe dominante não tem um projeto de país.  O governo Temer\/cunha é apenas uma tentativa de aplicar rapidamente  medidas de interesse dos capitalistas.  A classe dominante está dividida entre três núcleos de direção política.  Um núcleo do poder econômico, que é hegemonizado pelo capital financeiro e pelas  empreas transnacionais. Quer aplicar a receita neoliberal. Mas é um projeto anti-nacional e anti-popular.  Um nucleo lumpenburgues, formado pelos parlamentares dos partidos conservadores e liderados por  Cunha-Temer-Jucá, que se move apenas por interesses mesquinhos. E um terceiro núcleo,que  atua por motivações ideológicas, com vínculos também internacionais, que é o núcleo da Rede Globo,Moro, MPF-PF.     Entre eles há divergências e contradições.  Pois se movem por interesses própios e não em torno de um projeto de país.<\/span><\/p>\n

Na ausência de projeto, e diante do agravamento da crise,  resolveram  dar um golpe institucional na Presidenta Dilma, tomaram  de assalto o governo, com  a conivência do poder judiciario, para  tentar aplicar um programa  neoliberal de emergencia.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

2. Todos os dias o governo Golpista toma medidas contra os  trabalhadores e seus direitos.  Seu objetivo principal é recompor a taxa de lucro e o processo de acumulação concentrada da riqueza no Brasil, a favor dos bancos e das grandes empresas transnacionais.  Para isso, estão atacando os direitos dos trabalhadores e os direitos sociais em geral.  Alem de aumentar o desemprego, que é uma forma de rebaixamento dos salários e dominar a classe trabalhadora.<\/span><\/p>\n

Estão assaltando os cofres públicos, limitando gastos sociais  e com isso destinar os recursos antes para educação, saude, previdência, agora para iniciativas de interesse  apenas dos capitalistas. Segundo os esconomistas estão disputando ao redor de 200 bilhões de reais do orçamento da União.<\/span><\/p>\n

Já os 400 bilhões destinados ao pagamento de juros aos bancos, são intocaveis.  Querem aumentar a idade minima de aposentaria para 65 anos e até 70 anos como defendeu o impostor Temer.  E nenhuma palavra sobre os 62 bilhões de reais de isenção da previdencia dado às empresas, somente em 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n

Estão retomando o processo de privatização,  começando pelo pré-sal (com a revogação da lei da partilha ja aprovada a camara)e  pela elétricas…  Estão desmontando os serviços públicos e ameaçam até o SUS e o programa mais médicos.   Avisaram que  nossas terras serão entregues ao capital estrangeiro.. Fecharam  o MDA (Ministerio do desenvolvimento agrario) e acabando com as politicas para a agricultura familiar e a reforma agraria.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seus apoiadores nas ruas diziam lutar contra a corrupção. Devem estar envergonhados.   Já tiveram tres ministros renunciados..por denuncias, e há diversos outros  arrolados em processos de desvios de dinheiro publico.  Jucá disse claramente que o golpe era apenas para parar a oepração lava-jato… Cunha renunciou a presidencia da Camara para salvar a pele e seus dólares.  Nunca houve governo envolvido com tantas denuncias de corrupção como esse.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. <\/span><\/strong>Os movimentos populares  reunidos na Frente Brasil Popular, temos defendido  sistematicamente, que  o primeiro passo é garantir o respeito a democracia,  que a Presidenta Dilma reassuma o comando do Governo.    Porém, que se comprometa desde logo com uma CARTA COMPROMISSO com o povo,  com um novo programa em defesa das necessidades do povo e da soberania nacional.<\/span><\/p>\n

Segundo passo, é a Presidenta Dilma reorganizar um ministério em dialogo com a sociedade.  E aplicar um programa que segure a crise econômica e  resolva os problemas do povo.<\/span><\/p>\n

Terceiro , precisamos urgentemente fazer uma reforma política, para reconstruir e democratizar o sistema eleitoral brasileiro, para que o povo possa de fato eleger os seus verdadeiros representantes.  Como o atual congresso não quer e nem tem moral para aprovar os projetos de reforma politica que dormem em suas gavetas, a unica saida seria convocar via plebiscito  uma assembleia constituinte exclusiva para fazer rapidamente a reforma politica, antes das eleições de 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n

E em quarto lugar, precisamos ir construindo um novo projeto popular para o Brasil, a apartir de um amplo debate de propostas e idéias com todos setores da sociedade brasileira.   Embora isso leve tempo, é o único caminho para sairmos verdadeiramente  da crise.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tudo isso, só terá forças,no entanto,   não pela justeza da proposta, mas se conseguirmos motivar as amplas massas da classe trabalhadora a participar ativamente, se mobilizando nas ruas.   Temos defendido que é necessario organizar grandes mobilizações nacionais da classe trabalhadora, contr ao Golpe, o desemprego  e as medidas anti-soberania nacional que os golpistas estão tomando.   E  viabilizarmos uma greve geral da classe trabalhadora, como forma de protesto e de alterar a correlação de forças.   <\/span><\/p>\n

As Frente Brasil popular e a Frente Povo sem medo, acordaram tambem realizar uma grande mobilização no Rio de janeiro  e nas capitais, no dia 5 de agosto, na abertura das olimpiadas.<\/span><\/p>\n

O desfecho dessa crise, é ainda uma icógnita, mas a luta será prolongada e árdua..<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span>TWO MONTHS OF THE NEOLIBERAL COUP AGAINST THE PEOPLE AND DEMOCRACY<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

1. Brazil is experiencing a severe economic, political, social, and environmental crisis. We lived through similar historical crises in the 30s, 60s and 80s. All of them demanded big discussions in society, huge political participation and conflicts in the class struggle. Its outcome was always slow in coming and was only possible around a new project that could unite a social base to support it. Or then the ruling classes called on the military.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

And what's happening right now? The ruling class has no project for our country. The Temer \/ Cunha government is just an attempt to quickly implement measures in the interest of the capitalists. The ruling class is divided into three nuclei of policy direction. One is the economic power, which is dominated by finance capital and transnational corporations. They want to apply the recipe of neoliberalism. But it is an anti-national and anti-popular project. One is the lumpen bourgeoisie formed by parliamentarians from conservative parties and led by Cunha-Temer-Juca, which is motivated only by narrow interests. And the third acts for ideological reasons, also with international links, which is the core of Rede Globo, Moro, MPF-PF. Among them there are disagreements and contradictions. They are motivated by their own interests and not around a national project <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

In the absence of a project and given the worsening of the crisis, they decided to give an institutional blow to President Dilma; they attacked the government with the connivance of the judiciary to try to apply a neoliberal program based on the emergency. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

2. Every day the coup government takes measures against the workers and their rights. Its main objective is to restore the rate of profit and the process of the concentrated accumulation of wealth in Brazil for banks and transnational corporations. To do this, they are attacking the rights of workers and social rights in general. In addition to increasing unemployment, which is a way of lowering wages and dominating the working class.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

They are robbing the public coffers, limiting social spending and thus taking the resources allocated before to education, health, social security, now destined for initiatives that are of interest only to the capitalists. According to economists, they are s are vying for around 200 billion reais of the State budget. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Already 400 billion for the payment of interest to banks, are untouchable. They want to increase the minimum age of retirement to 65 years and up to 70 years as the impostor Temer has advocated. And no word about the 62 billion reais in exemptions from paying into Social Security given to the corporations just in 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

They are resuming the privatization process, starting with the pre-salt (to repeal the law of sharing already approved by Congress) and power companies … they are dismantling public services and even threatening SUS and the program for more doctors. Warned that our lands will be handed over to foreign capital .. They closed the MDA (Ministry of Agrarian Development) and they are putting an end to the policies for family agriculture and agrarian reform.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Their supporters in the streets said they are fighting corruption. They should be ashamed. They have had three ministers have to resign because of charges filed against them, and there are several others listed in public embezzlement processes. Juca clearly said that the coup was just to stop the “Car Wash” operation … Cunha resigned the presidency of Congress to save his skin and his dollars. There has never been a government involved with so many accusations of corruption like this. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

3. Popular movements gathered in the Brazilian People's Front have consistently held that the first step is to ensure respect for democracy, that President Dilma must reassume command of the government. However she must commit to undertake immediately a COMMITMENT LETTER with the people, with a new program in support of the needs of the people and national sovereignty. <\/span><\/p>\n

The second step is for President Dilma to organize a ministry in dialogue with society. And apply a program that handles the economic crisis and solves the people's problems. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

Third, we must urgently carry out a political reform to rebuild and democratize the Brazilian electoral system, so that people can actually elect their true representatives. As the current Congress does not want to and does not have the moral authority to approve the projects for political reform that are hidden away in their desk drawers, the only way out would be to call via plebiscite for an exclusive constituent assembly to quickly carry out the political reform before the 2018 elections. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

And fourthly, we need to go on building a new popular project for Brazil, starting with a broad discussion of proposals and ideas with all sectors of Brazilian society. Although it takes time, it is the only way to truly get out of the crisis. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

All this will come about however, not based on the correctness of the proposal, but if we can encourage the broad masses of the working class to actively participate, mobilizing themselves in the streets. We have argued that it is necessary to organize large national mobilizations of the working class against the coup, unemployment, and the national anti-sovereignty measures that the coup leaders are taking. And if it becomes possible for the working class to call a general strike as a form of protest and change the correlation of forces. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

The Brazilian Popular Front and the People's Front have fearlessly agreed also on a great mobilization in Rio de Janeiro and the capital on August 5th at the opening of the Olympics.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/span><\/p>\n

The outcome of this crisis is still unknown, but the fight will be long and arduous.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
