Poseu entre 4 i 5 cullerades (de cullerot) de la barreja de gluten i esp\u00e8cies per recipient. Tot seguit, afegiu una mica (un xorro) de salsa de soja. Aneu barrejant i afegint aigua fins que la bola no en xucli m\u00e9s. Al mateix temps, amasseu. El consell \u00e9s amassar de tal manera que bona part de la superf\u00edcie s&#8217;allisi, \u00abtibant\u00bb amb els polzes i \u00abenfonsant\u00bb els altres dits per l&#8217;altra banda de la bola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En paral\u00b7lel, prepareu l&#8217;olla gran amb aigua i la pastilla de caldo. Peleu i talleu les verdures en trossos grans, i aneu-les afegint a l&#8217;aigua mentre s&#8217;escalfa, juntament amb la sal, un xorro de salsa de soja, i unes quantes fulles de llorer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan l&#8217;aigua bulli, afegiu les boles que heu preparat al pas 2. Deixeu-ho bullint durant uns 45 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El seitan ja est\u00e0 preparat! Treieu les boles. Es poden fregir, senceres o tallades en filets o en bocins. Si voleu guardar-les, es poden congelar.
