Altrament, feu servir aigua.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>Recepta<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aneu escalfant el brou o l&#8217;aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renteu i piqueu els porros i la ceba. Peleu i talleu la patata a rodanxes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una olla foneu la margarina i, a foc lent, coeu les verdures fins que quedin ben transparents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegiu el brou calent (o l&#8217;aigua, i en aquest cas podeu afegir una o dues pastilles de caldo). Afegiu-hi tamb\u00e9 sal i esp\u00e8cies al gust i deixeu-ho bullint fins que les patates quedin tendres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepareu la crema de llet de soja: aboqueu tota la llet en un recipient, i afegiu-hi oli de girasol gradualment mentre ho emulsioneu amb una batedora. Seguiu afegint-hi oli fins que quedi una textura cremosa, al vostre gust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegiu la crema de llet de soja a l&#8217;olla amb les verdures i el brou. Tritureu-ho tot b\u00e9 amb una batedora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si fa calor, deixeu l&#8217;olla en una nevera perqu\u00e8 la crema es refredi.
