Posem de 6 a 8 capes de masa filo amb margarina fosa entre capa i capa<br>2. Posar un bon grapat de nous (1 dit aprox.)<br>3. Repetir 1 i 2 fins a l\u2019altura adient (l\u2019\u00faltim ha de ser masa)<br>4. Tallar amb ganivet, fent un disseny de cuadr\u00edcula o romboidal.<br>5. Barnissar amb una miquetona d\u2019aigua i al forn a 180\u00b0C per 40min (o fins que estigui daurat)<br>6. Mentre es refreda la baklava, fer el xarop simple. Aigua i sucre a parts iguals a un cass\u00f3, ha de quedar transparent i l\u00edquid. Aqu\u00ed podeu aromatitzar-ho amb la raspadura de llimona i la canela!<br>7. Un cop refredada la baklava abocar el xarop, que suqui b\u00e9!
