Es important que estigui t\u00e8bia, no calenta<br>Desfer el llevat amb la man afegint a l\u2019 aigua. Remoure fins que el llevat es disolgui totalment. Deixar reposar 10min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; En un altre recipient, col.locar la farina i la sal.<br>Afegir l\u2019aigua amb el llevat i amassar fins que absorveixi l\u2019aigua.<br>Afegir l\u2019oli i seguir amassant fins tenir una massa ben llisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Tapar la massa dins el bol i deixar fermentar 1h fins que dupluqui la seva mida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Posar sobre superficie enfarinada, amassar 1 min i fer xurrito i tallar les porcions per cada pa amb un ganivet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; IMPORTANT: Cada panet el doblegarem cap a dins varies vegades fins tenir una boleta. Aix\u00f2 es important perque quedi despres inflat per dins.
