Per compensar la dol\u00e7or de la carabassa tamb\u00e9 vam afegir una mica de salsa de soja (s&#8217;incorpora al pas 7, al mateix temps que la salsa de tom\u00e0quet).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>Recepta<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bulliu les llenties (el temps de cocci\u00f3 dependr\u00e0 del tipus de llentia i de la textura que busqueu, per a nosaltres va ser 1h per una textura tova per\u00f2 sense que es desfessin). Quan estiguin fetes, coleu-les (podeu reservar una mica de l&#8217;aigua per a m\u00e9s endavant).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Talleu totes les verdures a bocins petits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comenceu sofregint la ceba amb un polsim de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la ceba ja s&#8217;hagi comen\u00e7at a fer afegiu-hi l&#8217;all, la pastanaga, i m\u00e9s verdures que hi volgueu incorporar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comenceu a bullir la pasta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan les verdures s&#8217;hagit fet al vostre gust, afegiu-hi les llenties colades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit, afegiu la salsa de tom\u00e0quet, m\u00e9s sal, la pebre i l&#8217;orenga. Deixeu que tot plegat es cogui a foc baix. Si la salsa comen\u00e7a a quedar seca podeu afegir-hi aigua, brou, o l&#8217;aigua de les llenties del pas 1.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la pasta s&#8217;hagi fet al vostre gust, coleu-la. Podeu barrejar la pasta amb la salsa directament al recipient on hagueu fet la salsa, o servir-la separadament al plat.
